PRESCRIPTION
For physiotherapy, osteopathy, manual lymphatic drainage treatment or podotherapy, you need a doctor's prescription.
PRESCRIPTION FOR PODOTHERAPY
Podological soles are not covered by the compulsory health insurances. Some supplementary insurances reimburse podiatry. Please inquire precisely with your supplementary insurance and, if necessary, obtain 2 prescription certificates with the following text:
1. Podological diagnostics and, if necessary, adjustment of podological soles
2. Medical aids: podiatric soles

GETTING A PRESCRIPTION APPROVED
You should get your prescription approved by your health insurance company before starting therapy. You can do this directly in your insurance company's local office, via email or via the company's mobile phone app.
For each therapy unit you will receive a bill from me, which is paid in cash.
REIMBURSEMENT
Statutory health insurance reimburses part of the therapy costs; many additional insurance companies may reimburse the entire cost.
You submit the collected bills and approved prescription to your health insurance company, and then you will be reimbursed according to their policies, which you can find on their website.
WHAT TO BRING
Your approved prescription for the appropriate therapy and any relevant medical information (e.g. MRI, X-ray, etc.).
PRICES
I am an elective therapist, which means that part of the costs must be borne by the patient; the health insurance company will reimburse part of the amount if the prescription is approved. Various private insurances cover the full amount.

The soles and corrections are made by the orthopedic technician based on my drawings.
The following costs relate purely to the soles (manufacture / correction) and are to be paid directly to the orthopedic technician.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours beforehand at no cost. Canceling fewer than 24 hours beforehand requires paying the full treatment fee.
